Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates &
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note DDMAX send parcels UK and Northern Ireland only.
Your order will be send by Royal Mail Second Class and cost £3.10. If your order cost more then £20.00 DDmax.co.uk has rights to send it by Royal Mail Second Class Signed Post or using any other delivery service.
If your order weight more then 2 kilograms or parcel size will be bigger then 35cmx45cmx16cm DDMax.co.uk can send your order in multiple parcels and/or using another shipment method but cost of shipping will be £3.10.
Please note DDMax.co.uk aim to send your order next working day after payment received but delivery delays can occasionally occur.
DDMax.co.uk ships to addresses
within the UK. If you are living outside the UK please contact the seller on Facebook or email.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
DDMax.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DDMax.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please contact DDMax.co.uk and ask your shipment reference number for the claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
